
Yoga Dance (formerly Kripalu DansKinetics®) is a unique and balanced workout blending the best of yoga and ecstatic dance for everybody. No previous experience is needed, but a willingness to move and to be moved is. In DansKinetics, there is guided movement, spontaneity, improvisation and play, the easy flow of meditative movement, and deep relaxation. Students develop breath awareness, strengthen and tone their bodies, increase their energy, stamina, and flexibility and most of all, have FUN!
