Françoise " French Fry" Estève, began studying dance and yoga at the age of 6 in her native France. She is a certified teacher of Zumba®, Kripalu Yoga Dance (formerly DansKinetics®) and YogaRhythmics ®, Partner "Contact" Yoga, Chakra Yoga and Mat Science. She's on staff at the Kripalu Center of Lenox MA, the New York Kripalu in Manhattan and the New Age Health Spa of Neversink NY. Françoise has studied the Five Rhythms with Gabrielle Roth and Continuum with Emily Conrad. She has been an active member of Moving Arts Collaborative, an improvisional dance group in Greenwich, CT, since 1992. Private and semi-private instruction available, individual Yogassage as well as yoga parties, rituals and special events.
YogaDance™ is her own blend of all these disciplines. Françoise loves being a student of movement and is currently taking NIA, authentic movement and contact improv classes. She is also available for private Yoga and Yogassage sessions and special occasions/celebrations. Classes are open to all levels, ages, genders and sizes. No experience needed, just a willingness to move and to be moved.
